Master Cleanse

I started the Master Cleanse today. Being 42, 5'2 and size 14 with a potential hip problem was my impetous. And also the reason I have yet to post my picture on this site. I thought I'd write down how I'm doing as a way of holding myself to my commitment of a minimum of 10 days on this cleanse.
I've never been able to fast up until now, so this is a first for me and right now, I'm pretty stoked. I so want to feel healthy and am so tired of not feeling healthy.
So, drank a lot of lemonade today! On my 4th 32oz glass, but not hungry. It's 4:17pm and am beginning to feel tired. My mouth is also feeling a bit dry and my tongue a bit rough and my hip still hurts, but all in all, I feel pretty good.
